Parts Town is all about getting the right product to the right people, quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Customers rely on Parts Town to help keep their businesses up and running. If they don’t do what they say they’re going to do, things can get messy for their customers pretty quickly 

When it comes to the technology that helps drive the Parts Town business, they need something as reliable, scalable and robust as they are. They need content management technology that put simply, just works.

Parts Town work with Content Cloud, using it to add value to their customers by providing useful content resources, all linked to product topics and themes using the CMS. 

It’s part of a content marketing strategy designed to increase customer satisfaction, drive loyalty and ultimately repeat purchases. When done well, a content marketing approach also improves Google Search Engine rankings, both for the Parts Town brand and for individual products and ranges. 

The initial launch is driven by a new online Resource Center section of the website. A collection of useful resources and content, blended with products. The Resource Center provides useful information and guidance for customers on topics that relate to Parts Town products and services.
